As we prepare for the season, we’ve been thinking more about how we can work together to make the Academy an even better environment for every student: one where dancers can have fun, feel comfortable being themselves, grow as artists, and receive the focused, disciplined training that helps them become their best.

Three Simple Principles to Guide Us as an Academy of Dance Community

We’ll talk about THE WAD WAY in classes throughout the year and, just as importantly, celebrate when we see it in action! Be on the lookout for Academy Shout-Outs: ways teachers and administrative staff can recognize students who demonstrate these values. THE WAD WAY is built upon Academy Policies making expectations clearer and more consistent for everyone. We ask that families review the full Policies with their dancer so we can start the year on the same page.
